I've also read Shannon Hale's Princess Academy and loved it, so I've been waiting to read this book for quite some time. The Goose Girl was WAY more amazing than I thought it would be! It was so easy to get caught up in the world of Ani/Isi and the kingdom of Bayern. There wasn't a page that I didn't like. I'm still thinking of the story and wishing that I wouldn't have read through it so fast. It is a perfect combination of fantasy, magic, romance, and mystery. I'm thrilled that there are more books in the series, I plan to buy the next on my nook tonight!
