For example:
- I can now drive and shift gears with only my left hand...ya know because the baby is screaming, she's spit out her pacifier onto who knows what (after I've blindly tried to stick it in her ear!) so my only option is to have her suck on my finger - did I mention that I was driving???
- pacifiers. Have a lot of them. Just stick them everywhere.
- you can never have enough nursing pads. A box of 60 sounds like a lot - but if you're a milk making machine like me...it'll last a week. Maybe.
- baby poops can be really loud. Especially during that really quiet spiritual moment at church.
- I am totally willing to breastfeed anywhere. What's the big deal people??
- don't forget to take your dulcolax. Enough said.
- don't even bother with a cute handmade sewn cover for the changing table pad. That thing has been peed and pooped on more times than I can count.
- my baby loves the warm hair dryer blown on her. Like really really enjoys it.
- it's okay to sleep in until 12pm. Or 3 pm.
- burp cloths really are necessary. The second you think you'll be okay without one, you'll soon realize you're an idiot for thinking such a thing.
- baby coos, grunts, and sighs are absolutely adorable...from the hours of 10am-9pm only.
To be continued....

Isn't motherhood great? I have been up all night for the past four nights with a sick baby. I am starting to see double and can cry at the drop of a hat. It is a lot of work, but there is nothing more rewarding. Love you guys.
