Still waiting...

It's been quite a few weeks since we posted last.
Dan returned from the Bahamas a week or two ago. (Isn't this a great pic that Dan took? He caught the wave just in time!)

He came back with a huge load of shells. We've decided to become conchologists now :) We have so many shells we don't know what to do with them. They are all perfect and shiny. One of the shells he brought back is a huge conch shell and a big puffy sanddollar (and a tiny tiny one!).

All last week I was busy studying for my PRAXIS Biology tests. I took both tests on Saturday in Orlando and they went fairly well. My other PRAXIS tests went great, I passed with decent scores and I'm waiting to hear back on my writing score. I really hope that my biology test went well because those tests are expensive and I don't want to have to drive to Orlando again (especially with the price of gas going up!) I can't be accepted into WU's MAT program until they get my test scores, which won't be until the end of May. So I'll have to wait until then....but we're used to waiting....

We've been trying to think of places to go on our roadtrip back to Oregon....when that time ever comes! We still haven't figured out the details for how exactly we are getting back with all our stuff - but in the mean time we are thinking of places to stop along the way. So if anyone has been to any great places inbetween FL and OR - send us a message!

Thankful boredom

I don't really have much to say....only that Dan in the Bahamas = my boredom. He went for another week. Thankfully, the weeks almost over. I've tried hard to find things to do, but mostly have found myself not doing much. Him being gone for only a week makes me SO THANKFUL that he is no longer on a boat. This year would have gone by so much slower if he was gone for 6 weeks at a time. I honestly don't know what I would have done!

So no news on the discharge.
No news from WU

We're still in limbo, the story of our lives for the past year.
